Our Return Policy

This return policy pertains to merchandise purchased within our online store. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 15 days after receiving your items. Your item must be in the same condition in which it was received; unworn or unused, with tags, and you’ll also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at hotelbravosanctuary@gmail.com.  We'll take a look into the issue, and if your return is accepted, we’ll replace or refund your item. Please don't send any items back to us without first requesting a return.  The bottom line is that your satisfaction is important to us, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

 

Damages, Misprints, and Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.  We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos with your correspondence as this will help us better understand the issue and expedite your claim. Include a photo of the whole shirt, laid out flat. And, if possible, include a photo of the QR code label that is located on the outside of the clear plastic bag which contained the shirt in question. This label contains production information for the item. If the problem turns out to be on our end, then we'll get a new one to you as soon as possible at no cost to you. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to authorize refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction in the fit or color of a garment. However, if you received the incorrect size or color, then notify us and we'll get it fixed.

 

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the cost of your item(s) on your original payment method (minus shipping costs). Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
